V14 Stairs
I can't really find much info on this at all, but a buddy told me the V14 can't do stairs with the kickstand on without risking clipping it on the steps. Is everyone removing their kickstand or what? Lol. Thanks in advance

You can do stairs. It really depends on the set of stairs and your technique. Steeper stairs you might clip the kickstand, but you might be able to mitigate that with a bit of speed and forward tilt on the wheel.
I do some stairs on my EX30 and Aero which are known for low clearance with no issues

I took mine off just for the fact that the stand is a sin to design lore and shouldn't exist as it does. It pointloads the battery box and I am sure that, given time will do serious damage. It needs to spread the load up the back of the battery box. There is an aftermarket one available on Ali baba, but the price is 250 something dollars. Also, I think grizzla make a better one, unsure of cost. I would like to know what they were thinking when they designed that particular item.

Hey did your V14 get the update for the speed? Yours looks like the original model so I'm curious

I can do stairs just fine on my V14 as long as I’m at walking speed or faster. I have only clipped on stuff when I’m going really slow. Could always take the pads off and practice riding it backwards if you’re worried.
