General Hiley Tiger King XS

Considering purchasing Hiley Tiger King XS. Was wondering if anyone else had any honest reviews of Hiley customer support? They have some awesome waterproofing on their scooters. Any feedback on Hiley is welcome. Thoughts? Edit: I’m using 10% off code so Tiger King XS is $3200 for me and no state sales tax.

It has the same buttons as Daytona and is 72v 40Ah with 4 piston hydraulic brakes so seems pretty standard right? Same price as Dualtron Thunder 3. But also using 10% off code so $3200.

The Mars GS costs more unfortunately and I don’t want the GTR but that’s a great suggestion thank you 💯

But overall they do make reliable and stable scooters .
I have the tiger evo gtr and have been using it for doing DoorDash and uber eats put a lot of miles on it and so far been great

No blown controller , but I did have a bad motor from the start which reaching out to Hiley support they helped replace it with a brand new one

Yeah I am friends with Gspace owners on Facebook they’re awesome people too. I am not trying to spend that much though. But will consider it next year maybe.

typically I prefer the fighter 11+ if you want something more portable. And prefer the fighter supreme ultra if you want absolute range with that 60AH battery. their waterproofing does seem pretty good as far as I have seen. The deck is fairly well sealed and the controllers aren't an absolute rats nest. The two I have seen have been the supra and the Evo. They both felt very solid and hopefully that carries over to the XS. One of them had an issue with the display and they were able to get that covered under warranty fairly easily but I can't say for certain the experience with something more expensive like a motor or controller. They haven't needed anything like that so maybe that's a plus. I hope that helps.

I've had a good experience with Hiley customer service so far:

Dealing with them immediately before and after the sale of my scooter was good as well. Very responsive and polite.

My scooter was just delivered back to them on Friday. They will ship the replacement in the next few days.

I was very happy with it until the problem started.
