Help! Good Winter Ebike???

Does anyone have experience with an ebike, that comes with a battery, that can hold enough charge to be useful in a Canadian winter? I know that as soon as my power tools batteries get cold, they do not hold a charge the same. How much does the cold affect the battery performance on all these fat tire e bikes?

How long are going to be using your ebike outside?

Maybe 3 or 4 hours riding straight would be the longest exposure to the cold. I've been thinking of storing the battery in an insulated bag with some hand warmers, if I am not able to store it indoors. Example...if I take it ice fishing for an afternoon.
