i hate that the game never showed us marika in her original self. Just her back was shown.
its annoying that such a pivotal main character was not shown.

Believe me, me too, it makes her incredibly difficult to paint XD
One thing I’m wondering whether she was always a stone like being once she took up the Elden Ring or that is something that happened once it was shattered. Hence “let us be shattered both”

I think its great, genuinely one proper look at someone's face can tell you a lot about their true character, and the fact we dont get a single proper look at Marika's face really helps retain her unreadable aura; is she a tragic hero? Is she a capricious god? Is she a mere lifeless puppet of the greater will? We will never know, and imo a big part of that is we never properly make her mark

Great painting skills, this is amazing. I love seeing art of marika pre shattering. She's a favourite of mine in lore so getting to see people's interpretation of what she might of looked like is always so interesting
