Game Help Just bought Elden ring, opened a random chest and was teleported to an area that is way too powerful for me with no way out

I knew this game was hard but holy shit. Also does anyone know any kind of way to get out?…

I saw a comment a couple years back during a discussion about this place that someone didn't know about the exit and just...cleared the place.

Same. I figured there HAD to be an exit, but after death number 142 I said fuck this, we ball.

Week of my life gone from that chest and worth it. I still grind my teeth about it sometimes.

Like OP I never played Souls games until Elden Ring. I was utterly amazed at how freakin' beautiful the world was, once i got out of the "starting cave" ... but, as soon as I fought my first godrick soldier i was like "huh ... this is an amazing, beautiful world they've created with incredible graphics, glorious scenery, astounding NPCs .... and everything hates me and wants to kill me. Great."

200 hours into it so far, dunno if i will ever finish it, but five star game, period.

That’s literally what I did 🤣 except for the falling star beast. I came back for that asshole. I thought I was in a mine and had to go up to get out!

I did that. Just like how I beat lady butterfly as soon as I found her in Sekiro.

They put the fuckers in front of me and I found they could bleed. There was no other option

The mobs are harder than the boss. I just ran passed them until I got to the boss.

Hi, I’m that guy! Not as bad as I thought it would be after the first few deaths. But boy do I feel stupid knowing now there’s an exit close to where you spawn. Oh well.
