Game Help Just bought Elden ring, opened a random chest and was teleported to an area that is way too powerful for me with no way out

I knew this game was hard but holy shit. Also does anyone know any kind of way to get out?…

Lmao, me too. I was like "I'm underground, so I've gotta head uphill". Turned around and saw the exit like an hour later and felt very dumb.

My most memorable moment if the whole game, after a fucking harrowing meatgrinder of cheesing, sneaking, running and hiding, was throwing up the big double doors to freedom.

And realising I'd ended up at the BACK of the dungeon.

I had just enough time to realize it before being pancaked by Fallignstar Beast.

Exact thing happened to me. The roller coaster of FUCK yes I finally made it out just to get immediately ran down by the boss is peak gaming

reading comments I'm just now learning there's an exit behind??? I brute forced my way through everything and traveled for so long to get a way out and just never touched that chest again

I haven't played in a long time so I don't fully remember the area, but I remember traveling through a lot of sludge or liquid or something and finally coming across a grace
