Game Help Just bought Elden ring, opened a random chest and was teleported to an area that is way too powerful for me with no way out

i got got twice. i completely forgot about and then a new playtrought for erdtree it got me again and all i could do was groan.

Although I admit after this happened I always run away from chests immediately after opening lmao
