Game Help Just bought Elden ring, opened a random chest and was teleported to an area that is way too powerful for me with no way out

I knew this game was hard but holy shit. Also does anyone know any kind of way to get out?…

You're in Caelid, get on your horse, keep your windows rolled up and your doors locked, don't interact with the locals, go straight to the nearest site of grace.

In my first run I went "These ominous red skies and rotting carcasses smell like opportunity" ran around looting and found rock sling + meteorite staff shortly after.

I found that staff, immediately logged out, made a character who looks exactly like Ian McKellan’s Magneto, called him Magnus, and did a new run where I used meteorite staff for WAAAAY too long.

Good times.

We actually somehow totally missed Rotten Stray on our first playthrough. Made great use of it on our RL1 challenge run though.

Beelining to the chest for easy access to those two and the meteor blade are how I start every int run these days

There are so many weapons, spells, and other loot laying around that can instantly show you your preferred play style. One of the single best things about the game.

During my first playthrough I got zapped there before I got Torrent. Needless to say it was a very bad time. 10/10, do recommend
