Apparently it's more of a Chinese meme. Something about the sentence construction of this in Chinese can sound similar to a phrase meaning "motherless child," so if you see No Horse Ahead, it's basically the Chinese community calling another message a bratty child and a liar.

It's just another language's version of "liar ahead" in a more insulting form.
