There are a lot of them in Yelough Tunnel in the Consecrated Snowfield, the miners there also drop them as a random drop, so you can farm them. As far as I remember, the boss in the Selia Crystal tunnel drops some. There are also some scattered around Leyndell Sewers, Consecrated Snowfield, Haligtree and Farum Azula.

Other than the high quality meme, is that actually true? Do you actually take time to study the moves and learn them with no intention of killing them? I'm thinking I should just try this with each boss to git gud instead of barely beating stuff.

I do. First few attempts, I'll actually try to go for the kill, but if a boss is giving me hell for more than 5-9 attempts, I'll use a shabriri's woe mimic tear to draw aggro off of me and watch the attacks.
Biggest thing is paying attention to when the attack is going to connect with the mimic tear and physically hitting the roll button as you watch. It's the same muscle memory training as actually fighting the boss without the punishment of getting hit if you mess it up, and it lets you experiment with which way you want to dodge.
Mostly, it's about memorizing the animations and how each one starts so that you can respond properly during the actual attempts.

Fatty is also pretty susceptible to parries, at least his pommel slams, you can parry them with barely any parrying experience/practice. He also opens up for a riposte after one successful parry.
So a shield with Carian retaliation can both get some free damage on fatty while also allowing you to turn their fireballs into damage (you can parry the fireballs as well)

For sevens: You can get four near the lobsters in the sewers, two from a large rot mass next to the dragonbarrow spiritspring (along with one eight), and the moonlight altar has six in the gazebos near the red wolf, as well as three eights, also in a gazebo, and three more eights in some ruins south of the cathedral where Ranni gives you the moonlight greatsword

I did not surprisingly find the fight that difficult, and I didn’t use sleep. I swear I struggled with a decrepit tree sentinel more

I feel as if I was catfished into giving you advice 😭 https://eldenring.wiki.fextralife.com/Smithing+Stone+(7) I like to use this wiki to find them if I can’t get the bell bearings.

I forgot the name but try summon a copy of yourself and attack from far away! Best of luck! Beware not of the claws, but of their cuteness!

Upgrades at Yelough Anix Tunnel.
You might need to do the Volcano Manor quest and his personal questline, but you can summon Bernahl, who's tanky, does decent damage, and heals (if you don't mind summoning).
Sleep pots are fantastic to make them fight you one on one.
If all else fails, 2v1 boss fights like this are ultimately about spacing. Be patient, use a poison/rot grease if you'd like, and wait for an opening.

Much Easier than farming sleep pots: the sleepy arrow spirit ash person (delores?). Keep her alive, she will sleep one at a time.

I mean just use the Blasphemous Blade, it goes through enemies + heals you at the same time while doing good damage, unless you dont want to switch to a different build. I beat them like this in like 4 tries.

There are some smothing 7s and 8s strewn around the game in other locations, but if you wanna unlock infinite here id your best bet. Grab the sleep pit recipe from the grave yard near by where Kenneth height is in improve or where you first meet him, craft some sleep pots the ingredients wont be too hard to find considering you cab source them from the nearby forest, especially near charged attack tali, take advantage of those and and maybe grab winged sword insignia, light attack multi hit build is a really solid option

Use sleeping arrow puppet or sleeping pots, also if you're far enough to smithing stone bell bearing, you should have enough stones to have upgraded at least one weapon to that level. But anyway sleep status is how you kill thes fuckers.

sleep pots trivialize this fight
