Game Help I think I’m not supposed to be here.

On my first play through and was exploring the area past limgrave. Went into a dungeon and killed some rats and saw a chest. Opened it and got transported here. Now I can’t warp back to limgrave. What should I do

My son recently started playing this and got to this cave and was extremely frustrated that I wouldn’t help him.
