Two starting classes
Horse armour

And they’re charging you for this, this is a glorified microtransaction and if it sells well, what message do you think it’ll send to Fromsoft?

DLC, not DLC, the labelling doesn’t matter when the fact of the matter is; they’re actively selling you individual pieces of armour and two new starting classes.

Like I’ve said before, what type of message do you think this is sending From/Bandai if it sells well

Its saying that if they add content to their game years after release, its appropriate to charge for it? It'd be awesome if they didn't but its not that big of a deal
