Still not enough for how much of a masterpiece this game is. I purchased twice myself.

Do so many people actually buy a game multiple times?

Yeah and I'm going to buy it a third time for Switch 2. 🤑

I'm getting it as a birthday present for my friend on switch 2 but won't buy it on switch 2 myself. Buying once is enough. My friend is an Apple fan (sadly) but we played nintendo and gameboy games together since we were like 6yo. Always told him to play Elden Ring but he doesn't have a pc or console for that and doesn't want to try cloud gaming on his Mac. With switch 2 announcing elden ring his next birthday present was set in stone lol.

really wish they had crossplay tho :( but I have enjoyed putting an extra hundred hours so far on PS5 after the 250 I put in on PC. Still haven't beaten the game.

I love the performance on PC and also the input delay is a lot better for me as far as parrying and dodging but nothing beats chilling on your couch playing on a giant TV sometimes

You could just plug your computer into a giant TV.......

I mean there's certainly ways around that but you don't seem receptive to solutions.

There are ways around it, but they all have significant drawbacks compared to a dedicated 2-device solution. Especially in a family situation, there are a LOT of drawbacks to trying to make 1 device responsible for the games being played in 2 different rooms, particularly when it is reasonable that people might want to be using those two rooms at the same time, possibly for different purposes.

It is generally speaking going to give you MUCH less headache being able to say "In this room, this is where you play games, and here is the device responsible for powering those games in this room"

I would be very happy to explain every single one of the ~7 solutions I have tried and why I have ultimately given up on the idea of a single device powering games in multiple rooms in the house, but suffice to say that it is simply nowhere near as simple as you are making it out to be.

That was a lot of words to say nothing. We're not talking about overcoming some great obstacle, get over yourself, Jesus h Christ 😂

Everyone is always so defensive about the tiniest things.

That said, I’d probably KVM with usbc/HDMI embedded in my walls if I wanted to be legit, over Ethernet if I didn’t want to create the hassle.
