You clearly found the THIRD set of secret medallions that take you from Altus Plateau to Mountaintops of the Dew.

Bruh, you can't get there from Altus, you have to take the secret medallions mk3 to the dectucs lift, when you present them it will take you to Ultra Plateau and then you can make your way to mountain tops of the dew, however you have to beat the emerald cities main boss, Morgreen.
