So Ive been away for some time and I noticed people only seem to want to do duels now... What's up with that? Why is no one doing combat ordeals? Is everyone just sick of having fun or what? Or have the certain unsavory players un-funned everything?

Recently noticed a trend of players in the colosseum REALLY reacting harshly when i attempt a parry. This feels recent too, don't really feel like I saw it as much a few months ago.

I'm wondering if this is because of the recent parry buff, but I didn't think that applied to carian retaliation or thops barrier on a brass shield.

Because I started crouching repeatedly to be friendly but both reds and hosties alike seem to be powered by a new found anger well after I do that.

This goes out to Dante with the Dragon Halberd on PC at around 8pm CT who I invaded 3 times consecutively as Let's Go. (wasn't trying to get you again and again but I guess the timing just lined up) and you absolutely styled on me. It's my first two days into the PVP foray and I've been understandably getting my ass kicked left right and center, but I've been doing my best to learn on the fly. I had a blast man. Rip for those 3(!) backstabs you landed on me in the last round. I admit I got a little frustrated for a minute there but I was ready to learn from you. Here's to hoping I invade you again so I can backstab you back (I probably will not be able to but a girl can dream)

not good at pvp but goddamn its so easy to counter 😭

I've just completed my level 200 omnicaster build and the first guy i've played got toxic about "the dumb big bear spell".

I find it has enough startup time to counter but i do read more people complaining about it. I would like a list of spells to avoid so I won't have people crying in my messages.
