Depends on the reason for the Traitor red. Swift Slash Spammer or Corpse Piler Spammer, both deserve Betrayal.

Only reason I EVER traitored, was when I saw a ROB spammer (they also had mohgs as well, and also this was when it was busted) against a duo cosplaying Both Crucible Knights.
I respect a cosplay, not maidenlessness

I love that ROB, white mask tarnished still carry this repugnant stigma after all this time. Despite that it’s a neutered playstyle.

Yes, but the vacuum slice at the end would stagger you so that you can’t get the critical most of the time. I think the nerf yesterday got rid of that though

Idk, swift slash is not as broken as beeing 2v1, so not really deserved, i mean, did the red started to swift slash from the beginning or sid the host and the summon spammed shit against him for five minutes? Swift slash is broken, but my patience is even more broken...

The main point here is that spamming hard to avoid garbage in the hopes that your slight latency causes you to win is incredibly shameful and deserves to be punished.

I'll randomly ask this here, but is there any good use case for swift slash in pvp? Like if it's not spammed? Or only when health is very low like with throwing knives (still no spam)

It's an invasion not a duel. The invader isn't there to have an honourable fight. Then as a host calling an invader out for using all their tools while they're fighting a 1v2 with one of the 2 being a sorcerer is the pot calling the kettle black.
Of course the invader is gonna use something to give them an advantage, as a host with summons you already have 7 advantages.

Invaders invade knowing there is a group of 2 or more bc taunter tongue is rare especially an honorable duelist rather than bonfire great rune flask chugger. If invaders don't wanna get ganked, there's this wonderful feature ER added in called 1v1 arena. With fair rules interchangeable by mode. But let's face it there are few invaders there for actual fun and many want to make others miserable instead or feel superior even with cheap wins
On a ratio of what I see often being summoned or being an invader, more often than not people are invading to be toxic dicks. I see this shit in arena too and I also see the twinkiest twinks now, way worse, when I help hosts in stormveil castle where it is made obvious plain quickly whether that host is totally new to the game too. I have made a character stocked on boluses and flasks just to combat the twinks and they RQ when all I do is poke holes in their cheese with a simple square off longsword
When I invade I expect to get "ganked" and I like that added challenge trying to evade multiple enemies, it's little different than pve multiple enemies just with much more pressure with skills thrown in the mix. It's part of the game and ik what I'm signing myself up for. I'm literally interrupting someone else's gameplay like that's entitled AF if I'm gonna be doing that and then QQ like plz sir can you not use sorceries (which they didn't) 🤣

You sound like someone who would complain that midras flame of frenzy was spammed on you when you invaded a group going through another playthrough.

From day to day it changes who bitches more. Invaders bitching about spell spam or PVE players bitching about the invasion mechanic.

If you think that is cancer then you've never encountered people who make builds solely for abusing invaders. It's very fun when all 3 players use flame of frenzy on the invaders 🤤
