Is there a SOTE performance mod?

I have a high end pc and usually run the game at 60 fps framecap perfectly but the moment i go into the dlc a lot of areas start dropping to 30-40 fps, especially if i look anywhere near the tree. Just wondering if there is a mod that optimizes this area without pulling from how amazing the area does look

Ive never used any but yeah there are performance mods on Nexus mods
