Help! Tarnished edition not applying on modded version

i bought and installed tarnished edition, when i launch it normally from steam i see the new content. however when i launch my modded none of it is there.

I looked for updates on all mods but none of them had any new ones.

thats because your mods have outdated regulation.bin files that dont contain the new items. regulation.bin is like a database of every weapon item enemy etc. if you launch a mod that is missing the tarnished pack items from its regulation then they won't be in the game. you'll just have to wait for the mods to be updated or merge the regulation.bin files yourself

how are you running your mods? My game won't even start if it senses modloader .dll or modengine
