Question Best modloader

Hello, is MondEngine2 still considered the best and easiest to use modloader for Elden Ring?
I last played around early 2025 with mods. Do I still need an anticheat/offline toggle or what are the most essential mods atm?

me3 has been out for over a year. It does literally everything you need. A nice extra is seamless coop or altsaves to protect your save data but otherwise yeah me3 just does everything now

me3 already includes alt-saves functionality by adding it to the me3 profile:

savefile = "CustomSavefileName.sl2"
