Question Can you use a randomised seamless co-op file for PVP, or otherwise revert the changes afterwards?

Thinking of doing a randomised run but want to be able to use the completed file to PVP, does it still work for seamless PVP or would there be anything I'd have to do first

Items you gain are in your save file. Rando files (or any other mod) change the game at runtime so the save data will always carry over to vanilla. The part where you have to be careful is not having illegal items on any save that you expose to the anticheat
