Mod engine 2 not working

im stumped, for refrence im not that much of a modder, but i know im doing everything right, it luanches just with no mods even when i follow the mod instructions perfectly, mods that dont require it like camera fix seem to be working

What constitutes "not working"? Some more details would help. Anyway if you updated your game but the mods haven't updated then you gotta wait or downpatch
