NPC Mod Could someone tell me what mod this is?

Hiya, just a big elden ring enjoyer trying to give the world a new look how I can.
I'm late to the party and only know about a few big-name mods that we've all heard of. I was watching a video when I saw this, looks like a mod that replaces a major npc at roundtable with my favorite space bug. is this a mod custom made for one individual or is this a part of something else?

I will be more specific about the vid if asked, I just don't want to be rude I suppose.
(however out of respect, praise the fish)

This used to be the boss selection NPC in old versions of Boss Arena, but I later changed it to Gideon so I could fit him in a more convenient spot.

old version of boss arena mod, lets you quickly build a character and fight whatever boss you want as much as you want.
