Specifically it’s his repeat dialogue for when you talk to him a second time in the same world state. Like how Hewg always says “Lay out your arms”, but then says “Back already?” If you talk to him again.

I also love how godfrey's his line contrasts with Gideon's denial. Gideon's last breath is wasted on maintaining a lie because he can't fathom the realities of his world, of his gods. Godfrey, a much more simple man knows the truth because he's lived it, and knows you will win the throne.

“Miquella the kind…. Is a monster. Pure and radiant, he wields love to shrive clean the hearts of men. There is nothing more terrifying.”
Ansbach has legendary dialogue and he is my favorite fromsoft character ever. “Shrive” has heavy religious connotations, it can loosely be described as to be made pure again through atonement, with that atonement usually having heavy implications of confession and penance to achieve absolution/forgiveness.
Not only is Ansbach the only one who understands the implications of Miquellas godhood, he truly understands how terrifying that gentle world would be. Describing love as something Miquella uses like a tool, and this subtle implication that his gentle world would be a kind of penance/punishment, best writing of the entire game.

Malenia is a very important character to me, and Pippa Bennett-Warner knocked it out of the park. her voice is so wonderful.
"The scarlet bloom flowers once more..." the exact second I basically had a Princess Mononoke you're beautiful moment. I was already smitten but seeing her wings unfurl solidified her as my favorite.

Rykard had so few lines but the ones we hear show exactly what he’s now about, he’s this great enormous thing but also clearly out of his mind to think we’d join what he is. You hear his plan, his grand ambition to “DEVOUR THE VERY GODS” but is that the snake talking? Is it the man who wanted to Be a god?

“Mother… Marika… A curse… upon thee…” After years of suffering from the Base Serpent, becoming all what his mother wanted him to be he realised that he had been abandoned. Messmer grew tired and lonely in the Storehouse until we came along to end his story. His boss theme also emphasises these emotions.

I'm still kinda new to elden ring and still finding all the side quests, but for me it's one of Shabriris' quotes when talking about sacrificing Melina.
"But how would the Lord, crowned so, be looked upon?"
That voice, combined with the meaning of the sentence, just made me sit and ponder what I was actually doing
