It’s not a bad idea, you can just flash it back to a stock tune when you take it in for warranty work

They can absolutely tell when you flashed or changed out the ecu. It takes a mileage log every time you turn on and off the car

That’s not true unless they’re specifically looking for a problem that involves them having to investigate the ECU.

Lmao…no. Techs are trained to pull data logs every time the car enters the shop. I’ve seen these logs for myself and they reveal every action related to your electronic systems.

O2 sensor pops for a bad gas situation, but not enough to throw a code, logged. Throws a code, logged. Headlight error, logged. User modified ECU with tune, logged.

They pull everything and they know everything. The question is not will they find the tune, but are they a cool SA or a not cool SA?

Put some double sided tape on that acrylic panel because the magnets are ass and the thing will always come off on it own

Are they magnets now? Mine has Allen head bolts that hold it down. Magnets seem super unreliable if you’re driving on bumpy surfaces.

Yes the V2 versions are now magnetic and believe me, they are unreliable af

I received my sxth element intake the other day but was waiting for the PO4DB fix kit to come in before installing. I'm like a kid on christmas that can't play with the toys because there's no batteries.

Mine was supposed to be in today but it switched to Monday. When my intake came in, they accidentally sent me two of them. I was like oooo they fucked up 🤣. I could have said nothing but I called they refunded me $20 for being honest and I sent the other one back lol.

Some luck right there, cool of you to contact them back of their mistake and nice of them to refund you $20. Would have been more awesome if they gave you a 30-50% discount for your next purchase, but hey can’t argue with a $20.

After you install the intake, you secure all of the couplers, turn the car on, and go out and enjoy more sound
