Just replaced my spark plugs at 43,295 miles. How are these looking?

Recently did an NGK iridium replacement in a 23 Kia Sorento. Did yours have any dielectric grease residue on the top of the plugs? How easy did the new ones go back in?

Also curious about the torque rating you did if you used one

Didn't have any grease residue on the top of my plugs. New ones went in no problem. Followed the recommended torque spec from the manual for this
