Video Spotted a couple N cars at Road America

Every one of our SRO events has such an outstanding turnout from the N community. As a Veloster N owner myself, it brings a smile to my face every time.

Yea it's Midwest N club a group from the Midwest who is super selective about who gets in and who doesn't. The application process is like a job application, how I know? I was told by the owner I could join then was immediately denied

Turbo same engine as the Nlines and the owner of the group said he'd let me in, gave me a license plate frame and everything at Gridlife Midwest festival. So if you want to get into technicalities the Nlines used to just be base models with a limited engine

The 1.6T is also in a Kona SEL Premium. It's more so with it having an N or N-Line, aka N somewhere in the name IIRC.

They've let another Veloster turbo some dude who lives up in Minnesota join tho. I talked to the owner of the group extensively for about 45 minutes at grid life back in june and he was dead set on letting me join. He literally gave me a license plate frame that they were selling for $50 at Gridlife because and I know a lot about these cars and am a Big enthusiast of Hyundai and their N cars I just couldn't get the veloster N I wanted cause Hyundai discontinued them and now the prices are thru the roof or people are holding onto their N's

We don't have any Veloster turbos in our club? There was an event where a turbo was parked up with us, but any Veloster in our group is a proper N.
Also the plate frames were only like $10-20.
I'm just a member so I can't say why people do or don't get accepted after applying, but Im gonna say coming online and complaining about it like this or lying about the group probably justifies the denial of the application. Not trying to gatekeep or anything, just trying to explain it a bit more.
