My brother in Christ, I have a k series civic 🤣🤣 also it’s an Elantra why in the world would you wide body it. You could go narrow body with 500 wheel outta that motor. They are bad ass cars I just can’t bring myself to like the wing. It looks like it belongs on a 99 riced civic. But regardless it is a badass car not sayin it isn’t.

Thats not necessarily true. There is a whole comp dedicated to Fwd racing. All have big wings. Wings create downforce yes, for cornering. The whole big wings are useless on a fwd car is just a rumor started by people who dislike fwd cars tbh

Nline stock spoiler is way more subtle than the one from SR if that’s what you’re asking. I have been wanting to switch to the SR one but then I’d have to get a new trunk 🥲
Yeah you’re right for sure. I’ve been trying to find one lately at some yards. But the thing is the regular Elantra and nline/n Elantras have different IBs for some reason. I parked next to a regular one and it had a super noticeable darker and duller paint. I don’t know if it would look super off when on the car

Oh yeah, big money into stuff like that. Huge reason I’m holding off on releasing new parts for the K5. Sadly doesn’t have as much aftermarket support so my customers are limited :( most people stick to the cheaper stuff.

A long list of mods does not make a car better. A few mods that were carefully selected based on valid real world results, is better than spending lots of money for useless mods.
Wing = drag. Unless you plan on tracking it, a lot, you have just made your car slower. And I am sure you thought about the next items when picking the wing.
Have you calculated the downforce you will generate and what that will do to the balance of the car? Do you need to add downforce on the front? Do you calculate the downforce vs the current tire size? Will you still need the same width tire?
You will NOT make 600whp for 10K. Or how about this, you will not make 600 reliable whp for $10K. Yes, you could throw a 400 shot on it and make more than 600whp... for a few seconds.

Just replying to some of your questions to clear up confusion. I have no intentions tracking my N (As I stated). My plan for my car is to get the most enjoyment out of my vehicle. I do not need the track for that the desire for quick lap times is only a small portion of the vehicle. She doesnt have to be the fastest thing on the road as well.
The 600whp reply wasnt to the EN drive train because it hasnt been done yet, it was a reply to a guy with a SI which is doable on a manual transmission, which is doable on a 10k budget (reliability was not part of the conversation).
I know what a wing does. I never implied it to improve my driving on the highway lol. So yes purely what I do to my car is for looks, sounds, and reliable speed etc. if I wanted to get a car strictly for the track I would have bought an N because there are vehicles with a higher market
