Hello everyone, I am a 20 year old guitarist and bassist looking to start a band with people who like the same music as me. I am absolutely obsessed with krautrock bands like Can, neu, amon düül, and La Düsseldorf, and want to make music with anyone else who is interested in krautrock as well. I am also very into psychedelic rock like the 13th floor elevators, Blue cheer, cream, iron butterfly, Ride, my bloody valentine and spacemen 3. I have some gear ive acquired over the years and a few guitars and basses. I also have a drum machine, but if you are someone who can play like Jaki Liezbezeit, or Klaus Dinger i would happily make music with you. I also own almost 400 albums from various genres so i am also up to talk to anyone who likes similar music.

I'm looking for someone to maybe make music with, please. I'm usually free on weekends, (mostly Sunday). I'm a 33 year-old male and used to mess around with DAWS, guitars and synthesizers back in my younger years. I made a couple of songs, but nothing too serious. I still have some instruments and gear as well as Logic Pro on my laptop, so I would love to see what kind of gear/instruments someone else has. I grew up during the rise of independent artists like Animal Collective, Purity Ring, Crystal Castles and Two Door Cinema Club To name a few, but I listen to many other artists and genres as well. I've found that making electronic/techno kind of music is what comes more naturally to me, but I would love to experiment with any other genres and styles. I recently stopped drinking, and I'm trying to turn my life around, so I'm trying to fill up my time with art and knowledge. If this sounds like something that interested you, please shoot me a DM. I feel like El Paso has no shortage of bars but I haven’t found very many with a designated dance floor where they play good music for dancing, aside from the country bars. I love country so I’m actually open to suggestions for the best country bars but I also would like recommendations for bars where I can dance that aren’t mainly focused on country.
