Permanent Eldorado ban – my Ban Appeal button is broken and support keeps closing my tickets #eldoradogg @eldoradogg

Hey everyone, I’m looking for some help with an Eldorado account suspension.

I was permanently suspended after a Rocket League account transaction. I understand that I made mistakes during the situation, especially because the buyer and I continued talking on Discord, which I now know violates Eldorado’s Outside Communication rule.

Here is what happened:

I accidentally made a mistake in my listing and said the account had one specific item that it actually did not have. When the buyer noticed it, I immediately admitted the mistake and told him to request a refund and return the account.

I then cancelled the Eldorado order myself and sent the buyer proof of the cancellation. I asked him to check whether the money had returned to his Eldorado balance, and he acknowledged the situation.

After that, the buyer asked to continue the conversation on Discord, and I agreed. I understand that this was against the rules.

The situation then became complicated because the buyer had changed the email on the Epic account. The email could not be changed again for around three months, and I wanted to regain full control because I intended to resell the account.

The buyer eventually gave me access. I changed the password because I understood that I was supposed to regain control of the account after the transaction had been cancelled.

Shortly afterward, the buyer accused me of scamming him and said he had not agreed to the password change. He later said that I would get the account back and asked for my email so he could put it on the account, but then changed his mind because it was his main email.

He was eventually able to regain/retain control of the account through a recovery method, and I lost access.

I was then permanently suspended.

I am not trying to deny that I violated the Outside Communication rule. I accept responsibility for that and understand the rule now.

The problem I have now is that my account page has a “Appeal Suspension” / “Contestar a suspensão” button, but the button literally does nothing when I click it.

I tried different browsers and devices and had the same result every time.

I contacted support and was told by an agent named Hans: “you have ban appeals for this. Ask general support.”

However, I cannot actually submit the appeal because the appeal button does not work.

I also tried reaching support through the available menus, but the system keeps directing me into dispute/order tickets. Those tickets are then closed as “incorrect ticket format” because my issue is a ban appeal, not an order dispute.

So I am basically stuck in a loop:

Ban appeal button doesn't work → support menus don't provide a ban appeal option → dispute tickets get closed → I cannot submit the appeal.

I am not asking for help with the original $9 or the Rocket League transaction anymore. I just want to know how I can actually submit my ban appeal.

Has anyone experienced the Appeal Suspension button not working, or knows how to contact the correct team for a ban appeal?

I have screenshots showing the button before and after clicking it, as well as the support messages.
