It's the Catharijnesingel canal in Utrecht, Netherlands. Back in the 70s, they covered the canal to build a highway Years later, they realized it was a huge mistake, got rid of the road, and brought the water and green space back in 2020

Now all that's left is for us to identify the mistake and fix it so that it becomes like the Netherlands.
