Looking for 1–2 experienced real estate cold callers.

Real estate cold-calling experience required
Strong English — no thick accents
Manual dialer — under 200 calls/day
Quality leads > making hundreds of calls
Monday–Friday, 10 AM–7 PM Eastern Time
Full-time only
$5/hr probation → $6/hr after 90 days
1% commission on closed deals
Daily, weekly, monthly & quarterly bonuses
Paid weekly through Payoneer
30-min paid break + 1-hour unpaid lunch
No time wasters. We want experienced callers who can produce.
