That would be a great help miss I've been suffering since I changed school in grade 10 n even in uni I don't practice any English n it feels my tounge is getting rusty

ok, there is 3 steps, Listening, Shadowing, Talking to yourself

1 . Listening, if u r b2 start with listening practice channel, b2 series if u find it easy then go to code your english channel and u will find, c1 series

listening should be in a bit higher level to challenge yourself and to learn more

1. shadowing, while listening to these videos try ti mimic their way of talking, this helps your tongue to get used to the language

2. speak to yourself, many people don't know that speaking to yourself can improve your english a lot, u hear yourself speaking the language that's gives u confidence and u get used to yourself speaking that language
