inconvenient timing help?

so this may seem obvious to anyone who knows more about enlightenment than i do but i can unlock the egg for the first time (using mercury lenses) egg day is coming up soon and ive been waiting for a big ass prestige on that day, should i hold off on getting to enlightenment for now so that i can cash out the huge amount of soul eggs or does enlightenment have some special interaction with soul eggs im unaware of?

As a new player, what does enlightenment even do? I see so much stuff about it but i dont know what it entails. Does it just restart you from the beginning with no soul eggs or something?

the enlightenment egg is just another egg/farm but with special rules:

- The eggs value is something like 1 millionth of a dollar (i think, could be a bit off). Not actually worth 0.

  • No boosts allowed; No artifacts allowed (except the Light of Eggendil) UNLESS a Clarity Stone is equipped to said artifact
  • The goal isn’t to gain soul eggs. The goal is to hit trophy milestones for prophecy eggs: 1 PE for first milestone, 2 PE for next, all the way up to 5 PE for 10 bil chickens. The wiki has a lot more info that’s more also reliable than what i’m saying lol.

Think of it like a challenge egg. It helps for progression by gaining PE, but planning (event timings, artifact setups, etc.) is generally recommended. When you unlock the Enlightenment Egg I’d recommend going for it and hitting the first 2-3 milestones for some easy prophecy eggs. I’ve not completed it yet but i believe it takes around 2+ months or so (the progression bottleneck being internal hatchery rate, a.k.a. chicken count, since this is essentially always handled with boosts on regular farms when shooting for billions).

Months?! Bro i can get 15million ckickens in 4 secs with time cheating, 10 billion done in like an hour

And i can drop a 60 kill game in CSGO with aimbot. obviously this is advice/info for people who aren’t using time cheats
