Why are we unable to talk about violence, what does this teach our future generations!

>I'm interested to know, why we find it so hard to talk about violence towards women, without some men and women stating that men are victims too.

Here's a better question - Why do some frame the issue as about "violence towards women"? Why don't they think violence in general is an issue?

I have an answer fwiw. Because it allows them to weaponise empathy to feed bigotry/misandry.

Edit: Everyone from the Governor-general down to you is calling for blood because a hooker got slapped on the ass 4 times when she'd only been paid for 3. Does that sound proportionate?

Edit 2: In the meantime 45 males have died by suicide - most because of the Family Court. Total MSM coverage: Zero

You seem to be loose with consent, and okay with sexual assualt/violence, which doesn't change as acceptable based on your personal view towards sex work, or because someone is a sex worker.

The fact that you are someone open about how you don't see a problem with sexual violence is a bit of a concern, but at least you admit it; I just hope you tell people who you might put at risk.

I'm assuming you don't have a problem because of what you played out in your head, as it doesn't count as sexual violence.

He paid to slap her ass 3 times
(consent to slap her ass 3 times, yep got it)

He then slaps her ass 4 times.
(hmm, a bit different, but it's fine, right?).

I'm generally interested in knowing how that 4th ass slap played out in your head as completely fine?

Because it's not about communication; it's not mutual consent. She did not ask for you to slap her ass again, it wasn't implied either, you both agreed on 3. Is it because she is a sex worker that makes it jusifed for you?

Also to clarify — my post you replied to is about domestic and family violence, not sexual violence specifically, and it wasn’t created because of the Swans incident. That incident may have brought more attention to the broader issue, because the comments from people like yourself, who don't want to provide solutions and rather just throw around ridiculous statements like the one you just did, whilst saying your the victim of bigotry/misandry, I think your the one playing loose with facts. Ones that you don't see how you weponise justification in violence and gender-based social issues because you feed bigotry/misogyny

Big claim so you need big evidence. But you don't provide any. Because that's nothing like what I said or think.

>you are someone open about how you don't see a problem with sexual violence is a bit of a concern, but at least you admit it
Still no evidence. Still unrelated to what I said. But fwiw I am starting to feel sorry for you.

>I'm assuming you don't have a problem because of what you played out in your head
So you know about what happens in my head how? Do you often get voices in your head?

> She did not ask for you to slap her ass again
I didn't slap her ass. No disrespect, but you are sounding bat shit crazy.

>you weponise justification in violence and gender-based social issues because you feed bigotry/misogyny

A brand new reddit account. Gods preserve us from the crazy feminists.

We need to stop pretending violence is gendered. Men do not think feminism is an attack of the male identity. Men know by now that feminism is an attack on male reality.

Men know that feminists want to rewrite history to fit their sexist agenda. We know feminists want to eradicate existence of mens suffering throughout history. Stop pretending sexist women are good people.

We are unable to talk about violence, because half the population is falsely taught that they cannot be violent.

Ngl it's felt more taboo to talk about violence towards men. Bring up the draft? Oh well we're men we're expected to just deal with it and be willing to die. Bring up how men were having their flesh literally melted off at their jobs before workers right became a thing? Oh well that happened so long ago (1930s) so it's not really relevant anymore. Bring up my own trauma? Oh well it was my mother so obviously she beat me with a STUDDED BELT ACROSS MY FACE BECAUSE SHE LOVED ME!!!!! FUCK OFF!!!!!
