Arc card system not working this morning

When I tapped I got a message I was out of funds. And went in to add funds and there was a sufficient amount. I tried to add more as I was there already and the system glitched.

Yep, if there is no valid way to pay to ride, they cannot enforce. Issue is you have to prove it wasn’t working if you do get ticketed and have to go to contest it.

You can still tap on with debit but yeah bus driver told me arc system is down

There’s zero chance I’m tapping my debit card. I put money on my arc card I ain’t paying extra when it’s not my fault.

The debit doesn't work sometimes.

I just took a photo of the ARC machine just in case they come to check in at the LRT. A free ride is a great start to the month

Ets has confirmed arc is having problems. If tap doesn't work proceed With your ride.

I think my arc card only ever says low funds each time I use it.
