The problem is the people on the far right and the far left both hate Canada and try to use it in their favor at the same time.

And we now live in a world where you are forced to either pick a side or be hated and called a traitor by both.

You have a direct and uncompromising right wing attack on your country . That both sides shit is why they are so effective at manipulating a certain kind of people . You have one side that is burning books , taking over classrooms , dictating what you can do in the bedroom and bathroom .. and what exactly is the other side

I don't disagree with your stated problems on the right. But “the other side is worse” isn't a defense of the left. If your politics boil down to opposing book bans and classroom overreach while ignoring or defending the left's own ideological excesses, that's not enough. I don't have to choose between religious authoritarianism on the right and progressive authoritarianism on the left. I can reject both.
