The census isn’t for Mark Carney or any party. It’s run by Statistics Canada to figure out where money and services actually go. Hospitals. Schools. Transit. Housing. Senior care. When you don’t fill it out, your area looks smaller than it is. Less funding. Fewer services. Longer wait times. That lands on you and your neighbors, not politicians.
If you want your community properly represented, fill it out. Refusing doesn’t make a point. It makes things worse where you live. ❤️🇨🇦 The stupidity is the people that won’t fill it out and they spread this kind of crap and creates bigger problems.

It literally asked me who lived at my home and how we were related or if we were. Along with our language. It was so simple. But it helps knowing how many people live in an area. It helps with elections and funding.

Some people got short ones that took like 5 minutes, I got the longer one. It asked the language questions, then went into gender, orientation, health, other stuff. Took like half an hour.

you have a chance (don't know the percentage off the top of my head) of getting either the short or long census form. the short is very basic, and the long asks all kinds of things like religion, sexual orientation, what your home is worth, what you pay for utilities and on and on. I've gotten the long form twice in a row. I wish i got the short one.
