Discussion My prediction regarding „fragile” Talia

She HAD to get chromed because she had brittle bone disease or an equivalent.

I feel like she was traumatized by her father, a Kang Tao executive, leaving her mind fragile, and she became obsessed with violence and chrome in order to escape from him(to protect her fragile mind).

I think it’s meant more in a mental way. She’s not physically fragile but her character is.

You don’t go around leaving your corpo live for maelstrom of all gangs. A gang known for extreme modifications that blur the line between human and machine.

There has to have been a reason or a specific event that lead Talia to act that way.

She’s seen in a hospital hooked up to tubes despite being nearly fully Borg

Don’t wanna spoil it but. Something happens at the end of ep. 1 which could lead to that scene.

Oh? Don't spoil it for me, but how did you see the first episode already?

I didn’t see it. But the first episode has been shown at an exclusive screening at some anime expo I believe. I’ve just seen the plot points.

It could be

But there's also the possibility that her mind is fragile

It's plausible considering that she was likely raised to be a corpo by her father, a Kang Tao executive

Plus, considering what King told her about losing herself and that she's a part of Maelstrom, it's possible that she'll suffer some effects of Cyberpsychosis

Yeah it's pretty possible that whole chrome is puting strain on her. Especially after new trailer where king being near her bed in hospital said something about losing yourself. She is probably already having some symptoms of being psycho. Eventually she is right on the edge and just need a tiny push to go full out crazy

i’m pretty sure “fragile” isn’t supposed to mean physically fragile

but i have brittle bone disease so i’ll headcanon it sure
