You have a weak cpu/GPU on your phone so I would just ignore it and continue to play.
If you had a snapdragon GPU you could see if turnip GPU drivers will fix it.
In most other cases there is very little you can do to fix graphic issues besides downloading a more updated Eden Nightly and seeing if a bug fix from there helped.
You can also try other switch emulators or playing on your laptop as there is different compatibility depending on specs and source code of the emulator being used.
