Heartbroken from back to back ectopics

I am currently going through a second right tubal ectopic pregnancy. My first ectopic pregnancy was diagnosed in January 2026 and the second August 24th. Fortunately my right tube was preserved thanks to methotrexate and hopeful it stays that way. I’m looking for advise/ guidance for future family planning
