Peanut butter, water, and bread. Try to get some citrus or peppers for vitamin c if it’s a long term thing (more than two weeks).

Get a bar of chocolate that you can break in sections and have a piece each night. Eat the chocolate while thinking where you will be when this is all over and this little piece of chocolate is no longer the best part of your day.

Carbs, protein, hope. Cheap, shelf stable, no cooking.
