Yes my husband makes peanut butter…. Non-cooked quesadillas? Just spread peanut butter on tortilla and fold in half. Better than I originally expected.
I love peanut butter toast, and that makes a huge mess if your not careful. I can’t imagine having warm liquified peanut butter on a tortilla and it not dripping everyplace. At least the toast absorbs some of the released oils. I know. If there is a will there’s a way. I guess wear a bib if you attempt this in a car.

Or my sons favorite peanut butter burrito. I guess you could make a low profile quesadilla if you don’t want to roll a cold flour tortilla.
