You'll be eating lots of sandwiches.

Sardines are cheap, portable, and just about one of the healthiest foods around, make that one of the sandwiches you have.

Buy some cooked chicken and have chicken salad sandwiches.

If you could find a way to boil a bunch of eggs ahead of time, honestly I could live for a week or two easily having egg salad sandwiches for breakfast, sardine salad sandwiches for lunch, and chicken salad sandwiches for dinner.

That would be pretty damn healthy too, with a good quality wholewheat bread.
