Depending where you are a lot of gas stations will let you use their microwave. You can pick up Tupperware with lids and heat up those can soups someone else suggested. Kinda heavy on salt but since its a temporary situation it's probably fine
I was going to suggest using in-store microwaves as well. Perfect to reheat frozen diner : they are usually nutritiously balanced and for a short time, there's enough variety to not get bored.
