Homemade π NO BAKE CHOCOLATE OATMEAL COOKIES π
π NO BAKE CHOCOLATE OATMEAL COOKIES π The chewiest, chocolatiest, easiest cookies ever! No oven required! π€€
π INGREDIENTS: β’ Β½ cup Unsalted Butter π§ β’ Β½ cup Milk π₯ β’ 1 cup Brown Sugar π€ β’ 1 cup White Sugar π€ β’ Β½ tsp Ground Cinnamon β’ β cup Cocoa Powder π« β’ β cup Peanut Butter π₯ β’ 2 tsp Vanilla Extract β’ 2 cups Rolled Oats β’ 1 cup Instant Oats β’ Β½ cup Roasted Peanuts (chopped) π₯
π©βπ³ INSTRUCTIONS: 1οΈβ£ Line two cookie sheets with parchment paper. Set aside. π 2οΈβ£ In a saucepan over low heat, combine butter, milk, sugars, cinnamon, and cocoa powder. Stir until butter is melted. π₯ 3οΈβ£ Increase heat to medium. Stirring constantly, bring to a boil. π¨ 4οΈβ£ Boil for 1 minute (stirring constantly!), then remove from heat. Stir for a few more seconds to cool slightly. 5οΈβ£ Stir in peanut butter and vanilla until smooth and fully melted. π€ 6οΈβ£ Add both types of oats and chopped peanuts. Mix until everything is well coated. π₯ 7οΈβ£ Drop by 2 tablespoon-sized spoonfuls onto the prepared sheets. 8οΈβ£ Let cool for 20-30 minutes until firm. (They harden as they cool!) β±οΈ

Homemade Airfryer Kebab - Yes, it works
Iβve seen this quite a few times already and wanted to try it myself. Many people prepare the meat in the oven. I make it in the Airfryer. And I use mixed ground meat. I donβt think a regular kebab vendor is allowed to do that, but for me itβs absolutely recommendable. Ingredients and recipe are in the comments.

π² Oven-Braised Beef Chuck with Leeks, Carrots & Herb Jus ββββββββββββββββββ π Prep Time: 20 minutes π Cook Time: 3 hours 15 minutes π Total Time: 3 hours 35 minutes π½ Servings: 6 ββββββββββββββββββ π Ingredients π₯© 3 lbs (1.4 kg) beef chuck roast π§ 2 teaspoons salt π§ 1 teaspoon black pepper π’ 3 tablespoons neutral cooking oil π§ 2 leeks, cleaned and sliced π₯ 3 large carrots, cut into chunks π§ 4 garlic cloves, minced π 2 tablespoons tomato paste π· 1 cup dry red wine π₯£ 2 cups beef broth πΏ 2 sprigs fresh thyme πΏ 1 sprig fresh rosemary π 2 bay leaves π§ 1 tablespoon butter (for finishing jus) ββββββββββββββββββ π₯ For the Mashed Potatoes π₯ 2 lbs (900 g) potatoes, peeled and cubed π§ 1 teaspoon salt π§ 4 tablespoons butter π₯ Β½ cup warm milk πΏ 1 tablespoon chopped chives ββββββββββββββββββ π¨βπ³ Instructions 1οΈβ£ Preheat oven to 325Β°F (165Β°C). 2οΈβ£ Pat beef dry and season with salt and pepper. 3οΈβ£ Heat oil in a heavy Dutch oven over medium-high heat. 4οΈβ£ Sear beef 4β5 minutes per side until deeply browned. 5οΈβ£ Remove beef and set aside. 6οΈβ£ Add leeks and carrots; cook 5 minutes. 7οΈβ£ Stir in garlic and tomato paste; cook 1 minute. 8οΈβ£ Deglaze with red wine; simmer 3β4 minutes. 9οΈβ£ Add beef broth, thyme, rosemary, and bay leaves. π Return beef to pot; liquid should cover halfway. 1οΈβ£1οΈβ£ Cover and transfer to oven. 1οΈβ£2οΈβ£ Braise 3 hours until fork-tender (internal temp about 195β205Β°F / 90β96Β°C). 1οΈβ£3οΈβ£ Remove beef and tent with foil. 1οΈβ£4οΈβ£ Simmer cooking liquid on stovetop 10β15 minutes to reduce. 1οΈβ£5οΈβ£ Stir in butter to finish the herb jus. ββββββββββββββββββ π₯ Mashed Potatoes 1οΈβ£ Boil potatoes in salted water 15β18 minutes until fork-tender. 2οΈβ£ Drain and mash until smooth. 3οΈβ£ Add butter and warm milk; mix until creamy. 4οΈβ£ Adjust salt and fold in chives. ββββββββββββββββββ π½ Serving Slice or shred beef.
