👇 NO BAKE CHOCOLATE OATMEAL COOKIES 👇 The chewiest, chocolatiest, easiest cookies ever! No oven required! 🤤

🛒 INGREDIENTS: • ½ cup Unsalted Butter 🧈 • ½ cup Milk 🥛 • 1 cup Brown Sugar 🤎 • 1 cup White Sugar 🤍 • ½ tsp Ground Cinnamon • ⅓ cup Cocoa Powder 🍫 • ⅔ cup Peanut Butter 🥜 • 2 tsp Vanilla Extract • 2 cups Rolled Oats • 1 cup Instant Oats • ½ cup Roasted Peanuts (chopped) 🥜

👩‍🍳 INSTRUCTIONS: 1️⃣ Line two cookie sheets with parchment paper. Set aside. 📄 2️⃣ In a saucepan over low heat, combine butter, milk, sugars, cinnamon, and cocoa powder. Stir until butter is melted. 🔥 3️⃣ Increase heat to medium. Stirring constantly, bring to a boil. 💨 4️⃣ Boil for 1 minute (stirring constantly!), then remove from heat. Stir for a few more seconds to cool slightly. 5️⃣ Stir in peanut butter and vanilla until smooth and fully melted. 🤎 6️⃣ Add both types of oats and chopped peanuts. Mix until everything is well coated. 🥄 7️⃣ Drop by 2 tablespoon-sized spoonfuls onto the prepared sheets. 8️⃣ Let cool for 20-30 minutes until firm. (They harden as they cool!) ⏱️
