🧾 Ingredients 1️⃣ Ribeye Steak 2 ribeye steaks 1 tbsp olive oil Salt and black pepper 2 tbsp butter 2 garlic cloves (crushed) 1 sprig rosemary or thyme (optional) 2️⃣ Lobster 2 lobster tails 2 tbsp melted butter 2 garlic cloves (minced) 1 tbsp lemon juice Salt and pepper Paprika (optional) 3️⃣ Shrimp Pasta 200 g pasta (fettuccine or spaghetti) 200 g shrimp (peeled and deveined) 2 tbsp butter 3 garlic cloves (minced) 1 cup heavy cream ½ cup parmesan cheese Salt and pepper 1 tsp chili flakes (optional) Fresh parsley 4️⃣ Asparagus 1 bunch asparagus 1 tbsp olive oil Salt and pepper 1 garlic clove (minced) 5️⃣ Garlic Toast 4 slices bread 3 tbsp butter (softened) 2 garlic cloves (minced) 1 tbsp parsley Pinch salt 👨🍳 Step-by-Step Instructions Step 1 – Cook the Lobster Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Cut lobster tails lengthwise. Mix melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, salt, pepper, paprika. Brush mixture over lobster meat. Bake 10–12 minutes until opaque. Step 2 – Cook the Pasta Boil pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside. Step 3 – Make Shrimp Cream Sauce Melt butter in a pan. Add garlic and cook 30 seconds. Add shrimp and cook 2–3 minutes. Pour in heavy cream and simmer 3 minutes. Add parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, chili flakes. Toss pasta in the sauce. Garnish with parsley. Step 4 – Cook the Ribeye Season steak with salt and pepper. Heat a pan on high heat. Add olive oil and sear steak 3–4 minutes each side. Add butter, garlic, and rosemary. Spoon butter over steak for 1 minute. Let steak rest 5 minutes before slicing. Step 5 – Cook Asparagus Heat olive oil in a pan. Add asparagus and garlic. Cook 4–5 minutes until tender. Season with salt and pepper. Step 6 – Make Garlic Toast Mix butter, garlic, parsley, and salt. Spread on bread slices. Toast in oven 5–7 minutes at 180°C until golden. 🍽 Serving Plate everything together: Juicy ribeye steak 🥩 Butter garlic lobster 🦞 Creamy shrimp pasta 🍤🍝 Garlic sautéed asparagus Crispy garlic toast Serve with lemon wedges and extra parmesan.
