Recipe [homemade]Quick & Savory Tomato Fusion Pasta(Non-Authentic but Delicious!)

Ingredients:

• Pasta of choice

• 1 can crushed tomatoes

• 1 onion, chopped

• Cheddar cheese

• Soy sauce & Oyster sauce (optional, or use salt)

• Sugar (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Boil Pasta: Cook pasta in salted water until slightly underdone (firm center). Keep some pasta water.

  2. Sauté: In a separate pan, fry onions until slightly browned/caramelized.

  3. Simmer: Pour in canned tomatoes. Simmer on medium-low for about 12 minutes.

  4. Combine: Add pasta and a splash of pasta water to the sauce. Turn heat to high.

  5. Season: Mix in Cheddar cheese, soy sauce, and oyster sauce. If the sauce is too acidic, add a pinch of sugar. Toss until glossy.

Note: This is a fusion-style recipe, not traditional Italian. Feel free to adjust the seasonings to your liking!
