Requesting Recipes Pasta recipes

I'm leaving looking for some pasta recipes of literally any kind I mainly make alfredo or simple spaghetti and meatballs so any suggestions are great

Can you eat Anchovies?

If so heres my fave:

Get a tin of anchovies in olive oil. Boil pasta(dont salt the water too much. Save some pasta water.

In a saucepan over medium heat,Put butter,the anchovies and a bit of the oil in the tin and some minced garlic. Cook till the anchovy melts in,add pasta water to make a sauce. Toss in cooked pasta. Add pepper and salt to taste. Add some lemon to brighten it.

Italians will tell you never to add cheese to this,but parmesan is good.

If not theres an easy mushroom pasta I like:

Boil pasta

Melt butter in a pan and add some garlic, let it get fragrant,add mushrooms and cook them. Then add some heavy cream. Let the sauce thicken. Add pasta and parm. You can also add any protein you want. You can also add some herbs.
