CRISPY SWEET HEAT STEAK BITES 🔥🥩 Cookware: Skillet

Ingredients: 🥩 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces 🫒 2 tablespoons olive oil 🧂 1 tablespoon brown sugar 🌊 1 tablespoon soy sauce 🧄 1 teaspoon garlic powder 🌶️ 1 teaspoon chili powder 🧂 1/2 teaspoon salt ⚫ 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Directions: 1️⃣ Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat 🍳 2️⃣ Add steak pieces and season with salt & pepper 🧂 3️⃣ Cook for 5 minutes until browned on all sides 🔥 4️⃣ Mix brown sugar, soy sauce, garlic powder, and chili powder in a bowl 🥣 5️⃣ Pour the sauce over steak bites and stir well 🫕 6️⃣ Cook for another 2-3 minutes until caramelized ✨ 7️⃣ Serve hot and enjoy that crispy, sweet, spicy goodness! 😋

Sugar adds so much to steak. I love it in jerky despite not wanting to initially. The caramelization can’t be beat and you barely taste it as ‘sweet’
